Article 4

Section 1-Each state to honor all others
· Full responsibility will be given to each state in public acts, records, and judicial happenings.
· The Congress may by general law address the manner in such acts as, records and proceedings shall be proved and the effect after this.

Section 2 Every person in one state will have the rights of any one in the 50 states. Anyone who is charged with a crime and flees, and is found hiding in another state, will be taken to court in the place of his/her crime for his/her sentencing, under the punishment of the crime.


Section 3- New States
  • New states can only be added into the country by the Congress.
  • Can not combine any states together without the approval of the states legislature or the Congress.
  • Congress has the power to make and get rid rules and regulations if they respect other territories and properties.


Section 4- Republican Government
  • The United States guarantees a Republican form of Government to every state.
  • The U.S. will protect all states from getting taken over.
  • The legislature or the executive will protect the states from violence within the country.
